No. The bench is private. We do not post your profile anywhere, and we only surface you to a company when a specific, fitting search is open and you have said yes to hearing about it.

Only when it matters. We do not send mass updates or blast you with roles that do not fit. If it has been quiet, it means the right match has not come up yet.

Yes. A good portion of the bench is not actively looking. Being on it simply means that when something genuinely worth your time appears, you are the first to know.
